GRAND MOUND ROCHESTER PARK ASSOCIATION
Statement of Purpose
The purpose of the Association is to assist with the procurement and disbursement of funds and/or in-kind contributions for the development of and sustainability of parks and open spaces in the community. The Association is organized exclusively for these charitable and educational purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
